These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the games published by Hammerplay Studios Private Limited ("Hammerplay", "we", "us"). By playing our games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. Use of our games

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to play our games. You must also follow the rules of the platform you play on. You must not cheat, hack, copy, reverse engineer or misuse our games or interfere with other players.

2. Virtual items

In-game currency and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. We may change or remove them.

3. Purchases

Purchases are processed by the platform you play on and are subject to its payment terms. Purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund.

4. Advertising

Our games may show advertisements.

5. Privacy

6. Changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue our games, and update these Terms, at any time. Continuing to play means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Our games are provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Hammerplay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of game progress or virtual items.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
