This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Hammerplay Studios (hereinafter referred to as “Our/ We/Us/ Company”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information that We collect from you, the end user of the Portal (as defined in Terms and Conditions available here).

While you use and enjoy Our product, We want to keep you informed about Our privacy policy towards management and security of your personal information. We value the trust you place in us, and hence insist upon the highest level of protection for securing your personal information. We are obligated to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and regulations.

Please note registration or usage of any of Our products implies your express consent and agreement to this Policy.

IN GENERAL We don't collect or record your email address or personal information, unless you send us an email (in which case your email is stored in our email servers).  We don't resell any contact information we have to other companies or to marketers.

SUMMARY

Please note nothing in this policy contradicts the following statements:

  1. We don’t collect any of your Personal Information (defined in Detailed Privacy Policy), including your IP address.

  2. We may however connect you with third party websites/apps who may collect your Personal Information, however such collection would be entirely dependent on your agreement with the respective third parties’ Privacy policy.

For e.g.: You may download our web application through popular online marketplace like JioGames or Playstore. These applications may store your personal information for various legal and business purposes, including if you want to download our application from such an online marketplace. You may choose to share your Personal Information with them or not. How you interact with such applications is entirely between you and the concerned application. We would request you to ensure that you read their respective privacy policy before interacting with them.

Within our Product as well you may find third party links which will direct you to outside of our website and/or control. How you interact with such third parties is entirely between you and such third parties and we are not liable for any violation or threat of violation of your privacy rights.

Likewise, our Partners like JioGames or Play Store are not liable for any alleged violation of your rights during your interaction with Us.

This Policy is subject to modification based on changes in the business, legal and regulatory requirements and will be made available to you online. WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. Basic details which you provide during the registration process such as Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Communication or Permanent Address.

  2. Photograph provided during registration or during the profile update.

  3. Proof of Identity and Address documents such as PAN Card, Driving License, Passport etc.

  4. Transactions performed which can identify you as an individual through your customer ID or other relevant unique identifier.

  5. Demographic details such as gender, city, PIN code or nearest location.

  6. Usage logs/Server logs/Cookies which may contain details of your personal or sensitive personal information.

  7. Service specific information or identifiers such as IMSI, MSISDN, Customer ID etc.

  8. Device specific information or identifiers such as IMEI, OS specific identifiers. 

“Non-Personal Information” which shall mean information that does not identify you or any other individual, and includes session, Web beacons and usage and transaction data, aggregate log data and aggregate information. We use this information to inter-alia deliver Our web pages to you upon request, to tailor Our services to the interests of Our users, to measure traffic, to improve the quality, functionality and interactivity and let advertisers know the geographic locations from where Our users/ visitors come.

 

    1. However, any comments, messages, blogs, scribbles etc. posted / uploaded / conveyed / communicated by you on the public sections of the apps/website becomes published content and is not considered personal information subject to this Policy. You may request that such information be taken down and, We may attempt to remove any such information if it is technically and/or commercially feasible to do so and as per the applicable laws.

    2. Further, with respect to Non-Personal Information automatically collected and stored in files, We shall use this information to understand and analyse trends, to administer Our services, to learn about user behaviour on the apps and while using Our services, to gather demographic information about the user base as a whole and to measure traffic patterns on Our app/s. As Non-Personal Information does not personally identify you, We may use and disclose Non-Personal Information at Our discretion.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information to any third party entities. 

Please note this policy is exclusive to your usage of Our services and Our Partners are neither liable nor bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. Before accessing Our Services please ensure you have read the Privacy Policy of our concerned Partners to assure yourself of how your personal and sensitive personal information is being used by Our Partners

 

We may enter into agreement with third parties who collect, store, process your information or data but under full compliance with applicable laws. These third parties may collect your Personal Information and have their own security standards to safeguard your Personal Information or data on a commercially reasonable basis. Notwithstanding, you shall have the sole responsibility to read and understand terms of usage of your Personal Information from such third parties in case you do decide to share such data with them. We don't receive and store any information whenever you interact with our games in our Jio Set Top Box Products.

We have taken appropriate steps for the security and protection of all Our digital platforms including internal applications, however, We shall not be responsible for any breach of security or the disclosure of any information for reasons outside Our control, such as hacking, social engineering, cyber terrorism, espionage by third parties, or any events by way of force majeure such as sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government.

5. Third Party Websites, Applications and Services

Portal/website may include links to other websites/applications. Such websites/applications are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond Our control. Once you leave Our servers use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the website/application you are visiting. That policy may differ from Ours. If you can't find the privacy policy of any of these websites/applications via a link from the website's homepage, you should contact the website/application directly for more information. Please note in certain cases, for e.g. while accessing our Services on Set Top Boxes of any of Our Partners, you may not be able to readily access Policies applicable, in such a scenario you may contact us at admin@hammerplay.comto understand how to access the Privacy Policy and any queries related thereto.

DETAILED DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS FOR FACEBOOK

Hammerplay Studios does not save your personal data on our servers. Complying with Facebook’s policy, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or a Data Deletion Instructions URL.

If you wish to delete your activities in any of our games, you may remove your information by following these steps:

Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”

  1. Check for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all apps and websites that are linked with your Facebook account.

  2. Search for the game name in the list or in the section for removed apps and websites.

  3. Select the game from the list.

  4. Scroll and click “Remove”.

  5. By doing so, you have successfully removed your app activities.
